We endeavour to present you with accurate and trustworthy information at all times, we cannot, however, guarantee that every piece of information on our website is true, up to date and accurate at all times.

In addition, the website does include content provided by third parties and users content we distribute, we do not publish. The statements and advice offered by third parties are not necessarily those of NZ Crayons.

Orders

We will validate your order and credit or debit card details you submit to us before your order can be accepted. Once that has been done, we will acknowledge that your order has been received by sending an email to the address provided in your registration form.

If your order passes our validation checks we will send you an order confirmation email, this is our acceptance of your order and it brings into existence a legally binding agreement between us.

Pricing

All pricing displayed is New Zealand Dollars and are GST inclusive unless otherwise stated.

Security

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.

If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption.

Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.

Delivery of Products

Orders typically ship within two days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Packages are delivered by NZ Post.

New Zealand delivery times vary depending on the intended delivery address.

North Island deliveries are usually delivered overnight while deliveries to the South Island take two to three days.

Rural deliveries can take a day longer than normal delivery time frames.

Contact us if your order is urgent.

All packages must be signed for. If nobody is there to sign for the package, the courier will leave a calling card for you to arrange collection from the depot or agree on a good time for the next delivery.

We are unable to deliver to a PO Box address.

Refund Policy

Should the products you receive be faulty, NZ Crayons will replace such goods provided they are received in the same condition as when they were dispatched to the customer.

Should there be no stock to replace the faulty products, only then will NZ Crayons provide a refund. You don’t have the right to return goods and exchange them or get a refund simply because you’ve changed your mind or your circumstances have changed, however just talk to us and let’s get it sorted, we don’t bite.

Any refund will be processed within 5 working days of the products being received by NZ Crayons.
